My name is Katie, and I'm definitly my own worst critic. I'm a realist, but in times like these, it's more like pesmitism. But that doesn't mean I'm a debby downer. I'm one of the loudest people I know, and its unusual you'll catch me without a smile plastered to my face, or hear my laugh. I take pride in my ability to make people laugh, and my ability to listen. Movies are one of my passions, and music is another. I think the movies and songs you like sort of describe yourself for you, they bring out emotions we didn't know we had or we could relate too, until said song/movie. Books are my other passion, curling up in bed and reading is one of the most relaxing things you can do, to just let yourself slip into someone elses life and problems. I can finally draw, and I prefer to do protraits of other people with my charcoal. Drawing relaxes me, and is teaching me to pay attention to the finer details of things, and not just look at the big picture, because often its the little details that make things what they are.I speak up for what I believe in, I speak up for people who dont defend themselves, and I don't back down. It's kinda hard to describe yourself in a little box, espically when you're still on the path to self discovery. Personally, My path seems to twist around the world a few times, but I like who I'm becoming.
